Joel, I think you are talking about the eccentric bush that is installed at the inboard end of the lower control arm. These just fix up the chamber problem. Frank is referring to Roll Centre Adjusters. These look like a spacer block that sits between the strut and the ball joint. They work in a similar way to these "traction bars" in that they change the angle of the lower control arm......back to where they should be.
