I'm using a nissan rb20 roller bearing turbo, and today at dyno day I got 141RWKW on LPG from it. If you like I can scan and send you the graph. I think it works quite well personally, but I'm gonna change mine for an rb25 one very soon (cos I can really!) These turbos are supposed to be good for about 160 at the wheels, whereas the rb25 ones are claimed to around 180-190, and a tiny bit more from the VG30 ones. Otherwise, I'd say don't go past a new garret GT25/external wastegate. 4AGZE's are pretty tough little numbers, just be careful tuning it and it should crank out some fairly healthy numbers. Feel free to ask me anything you like about mine or others I've seen.
