Cold-start air bypass valve needed...

I need an air-bypass setup for the Cressida, as it's cold-start idle isn't particularly flash...The kind of thing I'm looking for is off a 22RE or 2SE (or similar).
As I understand it, it "plumbs" into the intake before and after the throttle butterfly. When the engine is cold, it allows air to by-pass the throttle, effectively "upping" the idle. When the engine warms, air is directed back thru the throttle, allowing "normal operation... (Or something like that  )
So, if anyone has one, or knows where I can get one, please respond here, or PM me.
