Precisely what I've been trying to say... except in nicer and more logical terms. Buy the stuff that is specifically called "running in oil" - for running in only of course, then run Mobil 1 or other good oil. and change it about every 5000 to 7000km. change the filter every 5000km. Or get Asoil, it's pretty much the best out there and you only need to change it every 20000km. this from a guy who races and uses amsoil and sends them samples of his used oil for analysis. They worked out that around 20k km is about perfect. Filter every 5000 though.
