umm the ST165 has twin-pot calipers. I have done this conversion, so I will answer all your questions  I may have spoken to you about this before, if I have repeated myself... sorry

4. I dunno, these came up for sale on the forums and I just bought them. Got them off Juzzo, he may be able to get you some, but just phone a Jap spares import place.
5. Yeah, I actually didn't compare as mine came with pads, but I seem to recall they looked different. Just go to any decent place and get them to match you up some.
