this has been covered before. do a quick search on the forums.

heres the basics:

GZE bottom end, forged pistons to suit the 20V and the 20V head.

I doubt the stock 20V engine would like much more than 6psi for too long. The block isnt what your going to have issues with at high presures anyway, more likly te piston rings, the piston tops or the head gasket will go first.
