just splice the current sensing wire onto the internal light circuit because it has constant power from the battery it senses when the battery is being drained without the alarm having been activated because the current going to the internal light drops, even if the light isn't currently on. try it and then take the positive lead off the battery, or try to jump start someone elses car or turn your head lights on (close door with window open) or something, see if the siren sounds, your neighbours will love you.
If I can work out alarm wiring anyone can- all i am supposed to know is how to dig rocks and blow things up.
