stiffer valve springs so it revvs higher(but not too silly or they'll snap your valves), port the head out, get an aftermarket efi comp and a T3... should be getting close to 300... oh and bore it out and get low compression pistons.
I'm gonna run: bore 92.45mm forged low comp pistons as above for rest (will have friend make up custom efi computer - yes, acually starting from scratch) T3 ball bearing turbo.
