Well the first thing to do is pull the motor apart and take the crank out of the block - if your talking about the inside seals
If you mean the outside seal behind the front pully, just jab a screwdriver it it and lever it out. Then get your new seal (15-25 bucks) and lube it a little with grease and push it into place keeping it sqaure to the mounting surface. A bit of tubing the same size as the seal will help to drive it into place (gently, so you don't damage it).
