yeah, got my car registered recently.

Just get a roadworthy.
Bring it down to vic roads. if u get pulled over, just show your appointment slip I guess.
At vic roads, they'll check the VIN and engine numbers. Also a spot roadworthy check (visual).
Pay for your plates ($20 bux), and the registration, and away you go.
