Yeah my 162 does (or did) that when you start it first time it would rev at a bit over 1000 until it has warmed up then idle at about 650, but every now and then after moving when it would be left to idle the revs would drop to about 450 - 500 and would run real rough, but when you start going again it went normal.
after a bit of looking at that I actually linked that drop in revs to whenever my thermo fans kicked in.
-------------------------------
If thats not what your talking about I also had this problem.
-------------------------------
After leaving the car overnight the next morning after it's warmed up and you go to drive off and put the foot on the accelorator, there is nothing the revs drop but not stall for a couple of seconds, and suddenly the power spikes and you get a boost of acceleration.
that was put down to my injectos were a bit clogged (a bit of injector cleaner fixed that) BUT mostly was the flap on the Mass Air Flow sensor inside the airbox was getting caught so it wasn't opening properly.
Hope this helps a bit.
