check all the plugs dude.
then maybe the computer as it manages all fuel spark timing etc.
another thing to check is the timing chain/belt it may have snapped or slipped.
it take it to toyota to get them to trouble shoot it.
fortunately i know a guy who worked for them for 15 years.
but its no good to you unless you live in sa.
