Just what I wanted to hear 
My plan was a GenIII 3S, with the stock shim under setup, fit BIG cams, valve springs, clean up the porting a bit, quad 45-48 throttles, a set of high comp forgies along with a full rebiuld.
Do you say 9000 with stock pistons? and if the stock pistons ar eok, a quick head skim should get the compression ratio up to 11:1 or there abouts.
