Engine wiring looms

Hey guys. Just wondering how many of you are familiar with making up engine looms.
Been to toyospares. my car is running very high in advance i think about 60 degrees... been set back to 10. but it fully retards. Thats what i been told. if any of u local guys are able to rewire/modify my loom there is some big bucks involved.
n possibly a beer or two. or maybe several 
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated friends/family anyone.
