I dont anyone in Sydney who can tune your 4age but you wont need a engineers cert for the conversion, just a blue slip and engine number transfer, should'nt cost more then $100.
If you do find someone good, could you please let me know.
I have a new mechanic who has solved all of my problems, but im in the same situation as you.
