Wed, 13 August 2003 13:08 Oh and am i right in saying that the late-ra40-type rear bar is different to the bar i bought mentioned above? i heard the late-ra40 ones mount to the chassis somewhere? whereas the one i have apparently mounts to the trailing arms.. Has anybody ended up experimenting with the ra40 swaybar on earlier model celica's???? I remember discussing it a while back a a few certain members, and was about to go and rip one from u-pull-it to fit to my car!! but when someone said the ra40 diffs came with special mounts or holes or something, and then sleeka spares had this 2nd hand bar, which was most of a kit, so i chose not to. also, I just measured the rear bar and it's 18mm diameter. is this good to run with a 24.5 mm bar on the front of my ra28? They are both considerably larger than either standard item..but will they work well with eachother? Thanks again [Report message to a moderator]
