i personally wouldnt go any bigger then a 2 1/4. 2 1/2 is way to big for a naturaly aspirated 1.6 and definitely too noisy for a 4age. Dont waste your money on mandrel bend, not that you would proberly be able afford it on that budget. As for mufflers, I definitely have no idea and leave that for someone that has more of an idea
