Port and polish: probably the worst bang-for-your-buck mod there is. It's a good thing to do on crappy old iron V8's with poorly shaped ports, but your 18R-G is a different story. It doesn't hurt if you want to clean up the casting dags yourself, but don't spend money getting someone else to do it.
Reground cams: almost certainly the best bang-for-your-buck mod for NA engines! Not as good as new billets, but a hell of a lot cheaper. Do it.
Shaved head: dodgy. The correct way to increase the compression ratio is to replace the pistons. Not cheap I know, but at least you won't screw up the cam timing.
LRP: why the hell are you running that crap? All 18R-G's have hardened valve seats, so valve seat recession is not an issue (hence leaded fuel is not necessary). Run it on premium unleaded, it will run great on that.
