don't u think it's just a tad expensive for the car you are offering. It's a fairly stock 4 door.
Sure it's fairly new, but it's still a 4 y.o car. The Kms show that too. the price you've quoted is pretty much on par or a little more expensive than a dealer.
and sorry to say, excel's arent' the most popular cars nemore. A lot of first car buyers these days are into lancers and echos.
And there is a huge backlash to the amount of excels sold in the 90s vs people who want to unload their car.
