Depends what you are going to fit it in!
If there are parts on the cooler that dont get cool air flowing through them, they will get very warm and act like a heat sink. In turn this will warn the air flowing through the cooler!
This is'nt a great problem, but it should be avoided!
Also the size of the cooler depends on where the inlet and outlet are!
A cooler with the "lets" on the ends would prefrom better if it was longer than if it were wider! I would have a hard time explaining this, but i'm sure you can understand why!
