I'd personally with that set up leave the paint alone except to colour code the bumpers and mirrors.
Then I'd recondition the original engine with a port an polish job and reprogram the computer to match.
I'm not sure why he'd replace the trd/cusco suspension.
I don't think there's much point in a carbon fibre bonnet with his current engine set up.
Unless he's using it to circuit race I'd spend the rest on a stereo set up.
