i think the tank could be sent by australian post (cheapest) so long as it doesn't weigh more than 20kgs and has a brendth (lengthxwidth) or something less than 1200mm.
COD is where you take it to the post office, give them the address details, how much you want to charge me, they add on the postage fee to that, then i get a letter telling me to pick it up at my post office, and i pay for it there, then you get a cheque for it. its the easiest way to transport stuff interstate.
