yes, i got it made for my 2TG which had 9.8:1 compression, and i told the guy i wanted around 10psi out of it. not sure about your rings, i thought the only real problem was detonation, blowing up the pistons, but im thinking that if tim frost can use a supercharger with 8.8:1 compression, then you could supercharge a higher compression engine with this gasket.
It was made up for a 2TG and has the extra timing chain cover part which can easily be cut off for a 2T engine. I had it made-up from a guy in melbourne, who charged me $170 for it so i'm not real keen on selling it to you cheap.
