yep that is the grommet i used. I made a slit in it and squeezed my 0 gauge cable through. IT definitely fits.
I had a 3/4 inch baffle made of wood in each door put where the stockies used to be. And just screwed it into the metal. All fit pretty easy.
P.S I think i had air leaks in my door, that was probably it.
