Yeah, a lot of parts can be swapped around no probs at all.
I re-use head bolts a few times before replacing.
The cam belt is the same.
Can't see why the head gasket would be any different at all.

For most parts, I buy that really cheap $2 a can degreaser stuff and just hose it on. The stuff comes out of the cam like a small firehose, so it usually does a good job of cleaning.
For cleaning a head properly though, I take it to the local head shop and get them to tank it.
Juts put a clean rag over the bores to keep the crud from getting in, it should be fine.
