it depends on how you drive really. spark plugs work best in a certain temperature range (all plugs) and the different heat range plugs conduct heat away from the electrodes at different rates to maintain that temperature (ie 'colder plugs' conduct heat away faster)
if you drive normally, then 5's may be ok, but if you are a bit spirited, then the 5's may get too hot... try them and inspect periodically.... colder plugs are better for more aggressive driving where you will be at WOT more often, but are more likely to foul at idle for long periods...
if you find the cold plugs always black, evebn after a fang, then they are too cold (or your mixture is too rich), but if they are clean with a nice colour, are not too cold. if they look overheated, then are too hot...
hard to explain without pics, and dificult even then .... hmmmm
anyhoo, see how the 5's go.
