Hey Joel,
I am in the same situation as you, ive got a selby rear bar that attaches itself to the trailing arms with the d bushes, but mine came cheaper because was missing the second set of d mount pairs.. Im making them up at work placement tho so its all good, but then ive got to mount it.

Im not sure about how far apart to mount them either, but there are signs of wear on the bar i got in two distinct sorta spots so im going to have to guess on where to attach it from them..
Probably about 15-20mm gap in between, mabye someone more knowledgable could say for sure??

I saw your other post, doesnt that just suck when you buy fresh parts/bushes and they dont fit in properly, that was the same story with my front Noltec swaybar mount link bushes.. The new bushings were way too thick compared to the old four off each bolt! the new four Noltec ones didnt even fit on the bolt with those metal tubes! Havent even finished that proplem yet, just gona cut the bushes down thinner tho.. Confused
In regards to your problem, i guess you may have to just find a new bolt that does fit, but be wary not to alter vital suspension geometry when changing stuff.. (im no genius tho, this is just what ive heard)

When ive had the chance to make up these D mounts and get new bushes too, i'll give you an update ! Im a bit wary on doing the new bushings all round in the rear now .. Rolling Eyes (more headf*cks..)

Hope it goes well,
