I'm not sure what all the differences are, but, I've been told the rings are different and the bearings I got had 4AGZE written on the box - I assume they were higher grade.
Do yourself a favour and get a genuine Toyota gasket set - It's a little more expensive, but, the amount of time you spend building up gaskets will make it all worthwhile.
