Deck the block (as well as the head) or it will just blow again.

Look up the ARP bolt part number from their website catalogue, go to any mongie performance store and order them. Because it's a non Holden/ford/chev item, expect it to take a few weeks to come in. If you can't wait that long, just buy new Toyota bolts.
Remember to torque the head up to the higher torque figure (71-2 rather than 58 ). Head gasket choice is up to you. Ridgecrest have copper gaskets in a variety of thicknesses for about $100-50 but they are in Melb.
