If it's a new car, people would want it to be perfect. People seem to think that a small scratch the size of a 50 cent piece is nothing. But in all honesty, you have to spray the entire bumper or else it will still be visible. you gotta remove and prep the bumper (sanding it down). heat and bend the 'pushed in' bit. prep the area so it's smooth and level, and then paint X amount of paint layers. $100 bux isn't going to get you far in terms of repairs at a panel beater. not to be harsh, but you just gotta be careful.. i've hard MANY parking lot scrapes in my time rock on.
