Yeah, I have a tvis intake manifold sitting here at home, and it seems there is a little vacuum guage that sits on the bottom controlling the little flaps that isolate the valves
As the vacuum increases, a diaphram is pulled back, which is connected to the valves, which then open.
In regards to just disconnecting something to make them stay open, I would also be interesting is seeing how that is done, as their default position is closed, and vacuum causes them to open.
And I would like to give it a burl and see what happenns with T-VIS turned off.
