Ok i am still deciding on what to do with my 18rgeu if i was to do a na rebuild i was thinking of dumping the injection (sorry guys not a big fan of all those wires) for twin side drafts, new pistons with larger dome, shaving head and block slightly, nice big cams, bottom end rebuild, port and polish on the head and some dirty big flows. If well done what sort of hp would i be looking at and is lighting the flywheel a good idea if so how much keeping in mind this engine is going into a ute.
Thanks alot guys

Run it std and with injection. Do nothing to your flywheel - lightening a cast iron flywheel is unsafe. Big cams will kill low end performance and you'll break rings with high compression if you really load up your ute.
