Well, I've found for most of it, 3M Drill mounted paint strippers work the best. Its what a spray painter recommended for me. I've found in some of the spots like under the sills its too awkward though. They are pretty good at getting into some of other spots too because they are flexible.
I'm taking it all the way back to bare metal, and its getting 2 coats of POR15 rust paint below the primer. The spots that had rust have received an extra coat or two depending on the severity.
As for the spraying, I am in Perth, and a mate is spraying it for free.
