yup, exactly.
4-1 needs high gas velocity to get it working efficiently, and also works in a narrower rev range.
4-2-1 works from medium to high gas velocities, and can have a much broader range of rpm.
it really depends on how it is tuned by the length on each pipe (for pulse reflection) and diameter (for velocity). both need to be right to get the most out of it.
aren't 4AGE stock manifold good already?? i keep hearing rumours that there is little benefit to be gained by going to extractors?
anyone?
