Got it all done successfully today. Bolts were $5.50 for a pack of 3. M10 60mm is what your after.
Took a few hours because some of the spots are a little tight and I needed a second pair of hands to do the finishing touches. The top bolt on the bottom hinges is probably the most important to get off and mine was too tight and trying to get it off rounded it so I was forced to grind 1/2 the head off the bolt so slide it past. That took about 20mins of grinding (Tungsten is strong  ) and it gets pretty hot.
Door is nice and straight now and it looks quite neat (barely noticable at all) as well.
