that book was over 100 pages. cost about $12 at officeworks. but i bound(and photocopied the front and back cover in colour) it too so it was about $20 a pop
let's call it $20 +postage for the photocopy of 60 pages??
just do it onto A3 at Officeworks, 2 pages at a time. that's only 30 copies then, I don't care if there's a white bit at the bottom, just as long as the copies are straight
I'll cut/bind etc it myself, i just want the book and as i said they're rare as all %$#@

EDIT: I just re-read what you said, it worx out $180 pages odd...(sorry, maths is really bad) is it all 18R stuff or is there other engines as well? 180 pages/2(A3) = 90*$0.15 = $13.5 so let's call it $30 plus postage?
