All Hilux pinion flanges will fit together and if the bolt holes are different just rotate the flange 90 degree and redrill them , I have done this many times , also Hiace !

Trevor

This will also work for T-series flanges aswell rotate 45deg and you can redrill the holes! the centeral locating hole is the same size so the only losses is smaller uni joints and smaller bolts

Would be fine for mild applications
