i had a similar problem with my gze, i tried playing with every hose etc to see if i had a leak. Anyway, you know on the back of the throttle body there are two small pipes coming out that face the firewall (on a front wheel drive), most people have a hose running from one of the pipes looped around to the other one, (like mine did). When i had your problem, i squeezed the hose (which stopped air flow between the two pipes), and the idle dropped about 200rpm's, so i just ajusted the idle screw a bit and it idled smooth. So i blocked off each pipe seperately.
Weird if you ask me, but it fixed mine.
I've heard cleaning out the throttle body helps too.
Good luck.
