My thinking exactly trevor.

Some seals are put in on the collar side of the valve and some on the valve side. If they are on the collar side, I can change them without removing the head. You just need to take the spring off and make sure the valve don't drop into the cylinder.

If they go in from the bottom, I have to remove the head regardless. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
