i have recently upgraded to an 18RG, and i can tell ya its a massive improvement to the stocker motor,
im very impressed!!
its pretty standard, with some TRD headers and a 2inch exhaust!
if you can find one that hasnt had the ring revved out of it, its well worth doing...
$2400 is a hell of a lot more than id be willing to pay... considering that i bought a whole car with an 18RG for 500 bucks!.
having said that, if the motor has all the work done to it that you say it has, the guy has prolly paid 2400 with all the work done to it, thinking its now worth that much... but... it aint.
as jason said, if your keen on an 18RG that hussles, theres a dude that has an 18RG running NOS for 2500 i think it was..
and that motor has a whole lot more done to it than a port and polish...
