I'm quite sure necro's is putting the 4age into his RWD Sprinter, and needing some RWD 4age exhaust manifold... so he is getting extractors... not sure if the FWD exhaust manifold is fine for a RWD AE86 4age application

No, the stock FWD manifold won't work for a RWD setup, as it directs the exhaust under the engine...
In my case, we had a set of 4-2-1 headers made up and a full 2.5" system fabricated. Whilst, on the face of it, people may think this a little big for an NA 1600, when the restriction of the cat, plus muffler and resonator, is taken into account, it actually works out quite well.
