tho - if the stem seals are stuffed, then it's possible (or perhaps likely?) that the valve guides, or seats, or even stems are also worn - would be a PITA if after all that work using the neato tool that you gotta pull the head anyway?

Tho i gotta admit that pulling the head wastes a box of gaskets - so if you're going to do brain surgery, you may as well fix every other head problem you've been trying to ignore...
