Am using a piece of 12mm thick alum to fabricate a new brake caliper bracket.

before i get too carried away, will this hold up to the task or not? its a bloody thick piece of alum!

the caliper mounting holes are also closer together and further in then the OEM ones.. so there is less chance of stress the further out from the centre hole i go.

any thoughts?
