- 3T-GTEU injectors will do the job, but don't expect great results with the factory ECU.

- The oil pump is fine, but you may want to shim it for higher pressure. This is a fairly common mod.

- You don't need to drill any holes in the block. You can get a high-pressure oil feed from the same place as the oil light sender (just put a T-piece in there), and the return line goes back to the sump. Make sure the return line is large (about 1"), straight and flows as close to vertical as possible; the oil coming out of the turbo will be frothy and won't flow well.

- An oil cooler is a good idea, but this should be run inline with the oil filter. You can get kits to do this.
