 the air flow on the AW11 does come from under the car through the engine bay, so as the car is moving that engine lid would move more air though it than the stock item.
corvid,
the side engine bay fan takes care of heat disapation at idle/stopped, thats why it there.
a good bit of work was put into the lid, but not quite my taste.
we are all allowed to be different...
