The manuals are not available in English. Toyota dealers can get them - about $100.
Why do you need one? If you want to know how to identify your engine do a search of this site - the injector plugs are not a real good reference (I have a gen 3 with 3 differt coloured plugs. You will also find all of the wiring diagrams that you need on this site.
