Zack: are you referring to a coil over generally,or are the tanabe's offered for the AE86 in the model you listed? last time I checked,they didn't have an option for the sprinter,other than normal style springs. any idea what they're rates are? Youngy: Currently,I run 200lb/in. in the front,and 170lb/in. in the rear. this works well on the street,but is not ideal in my mind. I plan to soften the rear some,and go a touch harder in the front when I get coil overs. the rates I plan to use a a lot softer than several people I know are using,but I feel a car needs compliance to be used on the road,especially the wonderful excuses for..um,sorry,examples of roads we have here in Sydney. there are four reasons I want to use a coil-over design strut, and cost myself a lot more money than just getting new std style coils made: height adjustment larger choice of coil rates ability to use adj. tops for front camber setting to allow the use of a celica donor strut,and gain a stronger stub axle.
