Mon, 01 September 2003 03:00 FWIW, My 5ME had a 2.5" crush-bend system (no extractotrs) and a filter-pod. Wasn't deafeningly loud - but a hellofalot louder than stock - several people asked if I had a v* under the hood (if only ...). Extra power from the system? Well, it sounded nice. Maybe a few ponnies on the freeway, but not anything to get excited about. I just sold my 5ME. When I added up the previous owner's receipts, he spent over $6K in 6 months ($485 for an AFM reco.!)getting the single cammer & auto up to scratch. That's almost what the 1JZ swap is costing me. A much better use of money. That said, I am selling the old 2.5" exhaust system off my Supra. - Justin [Report message to a moderator]
