that's the craziest thing! I looked throug my 2 162 manuals and neither of them showed a fuse labelled "window". There are 2 fuse boxes in the engine bay near the battery. There is also one behind the passenger's kick panel. (this is pretty much relays from what I can see)
Do your lights turn on on the doors when you open them? Do you get power in your door at all? Do BOTH windows not work? I assume you have tested them with a multimeter? (don't mean to ask dumb questions, but funny that there is NO power in the door..)
