it does everything you want it to do there, and more. It offers three independantly variable "shift" points which have no interrelation. They are each controlled by potentiometers, with a fourth pot to give the "trim" or overall range for the shift points. The outputs are actually 12V as well (from BC537 i think) so i should easily be able to contact a 30A "horn" type relay.
Shit if you wanted to you could have one point at 1000rpm, another at 5000rpm and another at 8000rpm (so long at the POT range would suit the spark frequency) if you so required!
